That is definitely a problem that we have in churches. we already have a problem with people knowing about the "Septuagint"...so many probably ignore or don't even know that there are different written sources for that one translation.

You can probably confess in the sense that you'd speak your sins to abouna on the phone, and then when you do come to take communion next, you'd receive the absolution from abouna.

The closest you can get to such a book with that info is El-baramous Monastery Psalmody that only has Coptic and Arabic. It has tons of references, majority of them biblical.
