Doxa si in the great hoos

I am trying to learn the Great Hoos for kiahk. However, I found that there are two ways the doxa si o theos eemon. Bola Mounir and Zaher Andrews say it the same way as in Ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲡⲉ ⲡⲓⲕⲟϫⲓ, while Gad Lewis says it the same way as in Ⲛⲓⲉⲑⲛⲟⲥ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ. Whose source should I follow for this hymn?

Which part is ⲇⲟⲝⲁⲥⲓ ⲟ Ⲑⲉⲟⲥ in the great Kiahk hos? I can't recall it is there at all?

Ah OK, but these are not exactly part of the hymn, nor do they follow a specific tune in my opinion. I guess it's just what each cantor is used to..
