you really cannot do anything about it in general.......BUT the best you can do is get voice training to your own voice; depending on the tune of your voice and how you feel most comfortable singing.

you have to go on every tape file and click "red box with a downward arrow" where "DOWNLOAD" appears when you hover on it. Give it couple of seconds and a "Save As" windows comes up to save the file as mp3.

Actually, every place that doesn't have a bishop (which includes diocese whose bishop departed) or is lead by a "general bishop" is under Patriarchal Jurisdiction.
